eTOWN LIVE RADIO TAPING WITH ELEPHANT REVIVAL AND JIMMY LAFAVE

Feb. 12 – 7:00 PM – Boulder Theater, Boulder We're super excited to make an appearance on eTown, alongside legendary Texas singer/songwriter Jimmy LaFave, for a live taping of the internationally syndicated radio variety program hosted by Nick and Helen Forster. Each episode of eTown is recorded in front of a live audience, and blends music with in-depth conversation with the artists to create a truly unique entertainment experience.

We encourage you to attend in person, as this show is taped 'live' for later broadcast. Keep posted via eTowns website for the date of the future broadcast on a station in your listening area.

 NEW YEARS STAMPEDE 2011 - COLORADO SHOWS & MASQUERADE BALL IN PORTLAND

 We will celebrate the New Years with a run of 3 shows starting with two shows in Colorado,  Dec. 29th at The Historic Stagestop in Rollinsville and on Dec. 30th at Stargazers Theatre in Colorado Springs. Our show at The Stagestop is the last show before this wonderful historic venue shuts down for the season, before re-opening again on Memorial Day weekend.

Then Dec. 31st will find us in Portland Oregon ringing in the New Year with our friends Leftover Salmon. This New Years Eve show at The Roseland Theatre is a Masquerade Ball, and we are inviting attendees to dress in costume, masks, feathers, beads, and sequins. Also, on the bill are Jim Page and Fruition.

Our New Years Stampede shows, will all be grand celebrations and we look forward to welcoming in 2012 with all of you.

 We are pleased to be added to the second annual Snowball Music Festival in Avon, Colorado. This three day festival is held in the beautiful Vail Valley at Nottingham Park in Avon. Avon offers easy access to the amenities of both Beaver Creek and Vail, and is within an easy drive of Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Steamboat Springs, and Breckenridge.

iClips will be broadcasting our show LIVE from the Boulder Theater on November 19th. Joining us are the Steep Canyon Rangers – who, in March 2011, released their first collaborative record with Steve Martin, ”Rare Bird Alert.”  While headlining festivals like MerleFest and Bonnaroo alongside Steve Martin for part of each year, the Rangers continue to perform alone as a quintet on stages such as Telluride, RockyGrass, and ”A Prairie Home Companion” with Garrison Keillor.

Last weekend we had a lovely time along the banks of the Colorado River in Bond at State Bridge Amphitheatre. Many thanks to all who attended the show, the fine folks at State Bridge who put it together, and to our friends DeVotchKa, Gregory Alan Isakov & Katlyn Dawn who we shared the stage with. We had a great time!

Our next Colorado dates will be on Oct. 21st at The Aggie Theatre in Fort Collins, and Nov. 18th in Denver at The Bluebird and on Nov. 19th at The Boulder Theatre in Boulder with The Steep Canyon Rangers. Looking forward to it!

This week we start our Fall Tour in St. Louis at The Old Rock House on Sept. 16th. We'll journey through the Midwest, head over to the East Coast and then down south to the Harvest Festival in Ozark Arkansas on Oct. 15th & 16th. We're thrilled to announce an addtion to our Fall Tour with a West Coast date. We've been added to the Hangtown Halloween Ball in Placerville CA on Oct. 29th & 30th.

We are pleased to be added to the bill for The Hangtown Halloween Ball! The Hangtown Halloween Ball will be held at the beauteous El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville California. It features two nights of Railroad Earth and many legendary performers including The Funky Meters, Jackie Greene, 7 Walkers, David Grisman Sextet, Melvin Seals w/ JGB as well as Zach Deputy, Poor Man's Whisky, Head for the Hills, Moonalice, Dead Winter Carpenters, Delta Nove and many others.

The El Dorado County Fairgrounds are completely set up for on-site camping included limited R/V camping passes. The  venue has an Epic late night hall and great food and beer as well as wine will be available. This is definitely going to be a weekend not to be missed.
